Joining Trade Expo Indonesia to Expand Its Export Market

Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) is an international trade exhibition that the Ministry of Trade holds regularly. This year, the event returned to the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Tangerang, and created a strategic platform where Indonesian businesses can meet buyers from various countries. Through this exhibition, the government aims to widen global market access, boost national export value, and strengthen Indonesia’s role in an increasingly competitive global supply chain.
One of the participants that drew attention this year is Bali Pick Fresh, an MSME that focuses on fresh agricultural products. I Gede Sucahya Jaya, the Managing Farmer of PT Bali Pick Fresh, explained that the company works as a trained partner of the Indonesia Eximbank or Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (LPEI). This support helps them improve their production capacity and product quality so they can meet export standards.
Bali Pick Fresh develops and markets edible flowers, various herbs, and high-value fresh fruits. The team processes all products with strict attention to quality, hygiene, and international standards to ensure they can compete in the global market. By joining Trade Expo Indonesia, the company aims not only to showcase its products but also to open new business opportunities with potential buyers from abroad.
I Gede Sucahya Jaya hopes that Bali Pick Fresh’s participation in TEI will act as a gateway to broader export opportunities. By meeting international buyers directly, he feels optimistic about building long-term business relationships and supporting the growth of Indonesian MSMEs so they can compete and thrive on the global stage.
